To provide an accessible e-service to our customers with minimal e-network, SM Line newly introduces the “Simple VGM” in which you can easily submit the 'VGM' information by a single e-mail. By using our standard VGM provided in Excel format, the submitted data will directly be delivered to SM Line’s system securely and accurately reducing your completion time.

• Easy access and usage of the excel form
• Replaces hard copies and physical storage to electronic information

• Save SM Line's VGM Excel format by clicking "Excel Download" button on top.
• Input VGM details and send to e-biz@smlines.com (Note: Mail Subject/Title must always be your Booking Number - eg. HKG123456789)
• VGM File Upload function is also available under the Outbound menu. It will help for easier sending/receiving of the VGM data/e-mail notification.
